    The first time you visit New England Wellness Solutions, you will receive a comprehensive consultation, and a diagnosis. You may also receive an acupuncture treatment.

    One of our experienced practitioners will go through your medical history with you and then determine the best treatment plan based on your case.

    Before you leave, you will have a complete understanding of how many sessions you will have and go over any nutritional and lifestyle changes that may help you achieve the best state of health possible.

Arrive Early

Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork and consent forms if you haven’t already done so online.

Dress Comfortably

Loose clothing provides easier access for acupuncture points. Draping and coverings are always available as needed.

  • YES! We offer a 15 minute in person consultations. We want you to feel 100% comfortable with us before you trust us with your health. Come see our space, meet our staff, and address any questions or concerns you may have with one of our expert clinicians!

  • Acupuncture needles are hair-thin and are inserted gently and shallowly by our skilled practitioners. While each person experiences acupuncture differently, most people feel a minimal amount of sensation as the needles are inserted. Most of our patients mention they experience a feeling of deep relaxation and even sleepiness while the needles are in place.

  • If you have any questions or concerns after treatment, feel free to contact us at 781-829-9355. Our friendly administrators will direct you to your practitioner.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we can best assist you by phone, 781-829-9355. Please keep in mind that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy that may result in a 50% charge on your account.

  • This is our most frequently asked question! While the majority of our patients come in weekly, treatment frequency depends on the condition and chronicity. Your practitioner will tailor a treatment plan for you and will let you know how often you should come in. There are certain issues that can be addressed in 2-3 treatments, while other issues might require more treatments until your goals are met.

  • Acupuncture can treat just about everything. Everyone responds to treatment differently, and our practitioners will work with you on identifying the underlying root of the problem you may have and create the best treatment plan possible. We suggest you speak with one of our acupuncturists before you book your first appointment with any questions or concerns.
