10 AM : The Office Yoga


With lifestyles and careers becoming more and more stationary and stressful, one must learn how to adapt ones nature else wise one becomes a victim of physical and mental disease. Students will learn how to combat physical and mental disease of the work environment in the playground of yoga. Through yoga or union of mind and body one is able to get to the root cause and provide the tools to solve issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, worry, physical discomfort, and mental discomfort. All are welcome. A handout will be provided for future reference. No previous yoga experience is required.

Instructor:  By Eric Perry

Eric is a design engineer with a yogic awareness. He found yoga as a way of dealing with post concussive syndrome as well as a healthy stress relief from a stressful and fast pace construction design job. He has completed his yoga teacher training (200hr) in Hatha yoga with a focus in Yin yoga along with 7 years of design experience. He specializes in pain management, yin yoga, reiki, crystals, and nature integration. Currently he is launching his design program that integrates happy and healthy into one's life through knowledge and awareness.
