Instructor Lexi Glaser

Lexi Glaser is a Group Exercise instructor, Personal Trainer, and our Director of Senior Programming at Weymouth Club. Lexi studied Psychology & Exercise Science at University of Pittsburgh and has been working as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor for over 15 years. Lexi joined the Weymouth Club team in 2018 after teaching and training all over Greater Boston. Lexi teaches a vast variety of formats including muscle conditioning, kickboxing, pilates, tabata, bootcamp, yoga, and foam rolling.  As a personal trainer, she specializes in prenatal and post-partum moms as well as seniors and people recovering from injuries.
